in my plant , my senior wants to hold the plant in his palm , so he is not giving promotion an increment to our dislike employees and he is creating poltics in plant for own purpose .but our management is blind , before 1 year someone complained about it to HR , he did not take action . tab se khahata ghoomta hai ab mera koi kuch nahi kr skta jisko jo krna hai kr le mai to apne man ke krunga . and last and dangerous situation in my plant is castism, if you are pandit , come in my majority unless ..........go out from company ....Read More

Colony security is prompt, gym facility is good club house is good. Extra curriculum are nicely executed.

Zero work life balance. Still following old work culture. Lots and lots of paper work. No innovative ideas are appreciated and followed. People at higher management are not ready to accept new people and new ideas. Lack of man power. Every Department is short staffed. Old plant so frequent breakdown causing urgency of material. No proper planning. Worst office culture.
