The company is open to innovation and welcome new sets of technology. The location is well conducive not only to the patients also to the entire staff of the hospital. There is strong inter-professionalism communication and understanding among the staffs starting from the Doctor to the lowest staff( cleaner). Patient's safety and wellnesss is one of there daily goals.Each staff is entitled to his/her salary as at when due according to your cadre in civil service and the terms and conditions of employment by the employee. The hospital is free to learning due to the new set of conditions and procedures of management we staffs expose to on a daily basis in conjunction with d skill, knowledgeable and qualified staffs that are working together. As a physiotherapist I equally do a follow-up treatment for patient's at home following discharge from the hospital in other to monitor their progress. Dislikes

I will like the management to improve /upgrade on the salary level of the workers and to work on punctuality of the staffs.

Work Details

As a Physiotherapist I do see patient's pre and post- surgery . Following diffe surgeries such as Laminectomy, Discectomy, Spinal arthroscopy, Total hip replacement and Knee arthroscopy. I prescribe various forms of exercise ranging from mild- to severe.
