No job security, will put you on PIP for cost cutting while giving you lame reasons. During appraisal cycle only the favorites will get a decent hike, while others who've worked hard would get peanuts. Will make u work even on Saturdays. No overtime pay, but they will make you work after hours too

There is a lot of work you are supposed to handle but when it comes to appreciation, only the old employees and the senior level employees are considered.

No appreciation for your hardwork and extra efforts. Moreover, increment and incentives are so low that you would be ashamed of even mentioning to someone.
