Work culture is somewhat OK. Job security is good as its owned by Lulu International Group and during pandemic when other Hyatt's were not paying salary, this hyatt was paying salary with paycut which is a huge plus point. All thanks to Lulu Group. The property is one of the best in South India.

Dislikes

One of the lowest paying organisations and extremely long working hours due to under staffing. Attrition rate is high due to low salary and limited career growth. Also support for Internal transfer within properties is weak. Existing and loyal staffs are not given much importance rather the same is high for new joinees.

At the bakery when I was working. And I’m saying this from the heart. The executive bakery chef made me feel like dirt. In front of me, he gave a girl an off day. And made me do an 18 hour shift For a banquet when I told him chef please I already did a 16 hour shift yesterday this was just to spite me . But then I purposely took a day off the next day. Because I couldn’t handle it. And the next day he told me I’m going to terminate your internship, I begged him not to, I told him my whole year would get ruined. He was like it’s not my problem and he laughed. He literally laughed. But then I asked fatima ma’am and she just told me it’s okay u join the pool bar. And it was a relief. He was shocked later when he saw me at the pool bar. But then from the time I joined pool bar I’ve have lots of chefs there who I loved and who I believe liked me too....Read More

My colleagues made life easier but the management's pressure is too much to handle and when you want to work according to your salary they just say that I'm not capable of pressure. All of us were used as cheap employees but work so hard of 660 rooms almost everyday it was overtime but if we went even 30min late our half day salary was gone

Everything the work culture is toxic. Favouritism is most applied when looking for promotions and your efforts are taken for granted
