1)Grocery was provided by Grand hyatt,goa team during staring phase of lockdown,I would thank each member who helped us out 2) Use to get call from my manager asking me if Me & my roommates ok or needed some help 3)Even though hotel is not functional they made sure that staff gets opportunity to work 4)During lockdown period taking Care of our safety we were given rooms in hotel itself with food for more than a month...Read More

My colleagues made life easier but the management's pressure is too much to handle and when you want to work according to your salary they just say that I'm not capable of pressure. All of us were used as cheap employees but work so hard of 660 rooms almost everyday it was overtime but if we went even 30min late our half day salary was gone

Everything the work culture is toxic. Favouritism is most applied when looking for promotions and your efforts are taken for granted

Hyatt as a brand and there values however it is only taken care in certain hotels not all hotels follow the same.
