grand and good place as a structural visibility from outside , excellent team members who really supported me hence i have sustained for 6 months, Food trails in presentation given, menu knowledge, hygiene class , work life balance form my end , supporting staffs and get motivated from my end.

Dislikes

no healthy environment for a work place, no job security, only stress and harassment of culture the have in this organisation, no staffs benefits are increments given when the time i have worked. they want to capture market but not keeping the knife in chefs neck for costing, giving very low rates for buffets.you go mad for the expectation they have on you and i totally agree for the source have but they need well planned and qualified people to run a best hospitality industries . hence i openly failed to give the result as per their expectation. and i quit my job in 6 months. people who dint take care of staffs will not have a successful life<mark style="background-color: #fff5e4;">. hiring and firing with out notice period for mistake is not a healthy management, debit staff salary is a play game for them </mark>.they show you good pay scale but no job security...Read More
