In Lock down They have provided 50% Salary m/o Apirl,2020 work from home or without work to all staff of company

Dislikes

Having a lot of work pressure the whole year and but time of increment of salary ,salary increment was very low comparing other staff. There is no base of increment only appraisals will be given those who is buttering timely.

Over all function related to accounts , audit and finance.it is related to day to day work i.e import payment, vendor payment,accounting entries, various reconciliation, production costing, other statutory tax , tds, pf , esi, gst over all full control of

I recently joined a new company, and within 10 days, I received a more attractive offer from another company. Can I resign without serving the notice period? Would declining any salary and relieving letter (Experience Letter) it easier for the company to agree to my departure?
