It was wonderful working experienced for me to work with the highly dedicated staff in the college. I am better learned person now.

What I dislike about the college was in spite of working too hard you are offered too less a salary but actually it is not the fault of the college but the government policy. It's difficult to run your family in such a meagre amount

It was very challenging job but I enjoyed it a lot because every single day was a learning experience for me. I love to teach the young ignited minds.

Current Job Situation: I’ve been working at TCS for over 2.5 years, with a total experience of 4.5 years. My salary is 9.6 LPA, and I work with technologies like Casper framework, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, JSP, Java, PL/SQL, and JBoss. While I have good job security and flexibility, I feel like I’m working with outdated technologies and have a lot of leisure time, which is affecting my motivation. Concerns: 1. Outdated Tech: I’m worried that working with older tech will limit future opportunities. Should I stay or move to a role with newer technologies? 2. Salary: Is my current package competitive for my experience? What salary should I aim for if I switch? Seeking Advice: What modern technologies should I learn to stay relevant?
