I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. The work culture is very bad. Even though it's a hostel, the management is trying to make it too much corporate. There are salary issues at all times. The HR team is basically a joke. Being a GRE, i would often have to do lift maintenance and plumbing works. Neither would I get paid for that, nor would I get praised. You'll be under a lot of pressure for completing tasks which aren't yours
