The work culture is very bad. Even though it's a hostel, the management is trying to make it too much corporate. There are salary issues at all times. The HR team is basically a joke. Being a GRE, i would often have to do lift maintenance and plumbing works. Neither would I get paid for that, nor would I get praised. You'll be under a lot of pressure for completing tasks which aren't yours

Everything the team, the management ground staff Housekeeper except the property I hated everything. They have a group where it is nothing to help u out it is used to put u down every single day they never motivate anyone they jst demotivate that's why they have a group where everyone starts to help in demotivating.
