Partiality in income based on individual's talent.. No canteen.. Lack of understanding

I was a CAD designer at Gosil.. So being in that profile ur work automatically gets challenging day by day as u get different kinds of designs from different customers.. But u find it easy to be done by the help n assistance of ur coworkers n heads.

Work days: Monday to Saturday (Strict Timings)

Work related travel: This is a desk job.

I recently joined a new company, and within 10 days, I received a more attractive offer from another company. Can I resign without serving the notice period? Would declining any salary and relieving letter (Experience Letter) it easier for the company to agree to my departure?
