It was very good experience. You get chance to prove yourself with every different clients and their queries.

They expect diet counsellors to do marketing regarding their products and thus it becomes a target based frustrating job. your salary is based on these things .My senior was worse . She never appreciated me for any good. Overall good experience with clients.

There no set KRA for the teams, u are randomly placed in teams once u join the company... HR dept is useless, no perks, no medical benefits, appraisals are not done on time, variable has nver been paid to employees till date...
