1. Salary Delay: Salaries are never paid on time, Causing financial stress for employees. 2. Inefficient management: CEO lacks vision and fail to provide adequate support to employees. 3. Worst work culture: No professional growth. Sorry no professional at all. 4. Firing : Even fire doesn’t burn as fast as Goprotoz fires its employees. They hire candidates to terminate them with 30-90 days. 5. Micromanagement: The so called great CEO operates with zero trust with employees. Leaving no rooms for creativity or independent work. If you don’t go office you will be immediately termination. No Growth opportunity: Carrier advancements are biased. Advice to Management/CEO: Pay salary on time as it directly affects employee moral and trust. Kindly ask your team to remove all fake reviews as we know none happy working with Goprotoz....Read More
