Dislikes

The remuneration does not meet the workload assigned and the work ethics are not respected. Hence, there has been an escalation in attrition amongst the faculty of the senior section. Decision making lacks transparency. Official travel is not compensated fairly and internal politics cast a shadow on the work environment.

Work Details

While working with the senior section as the Coordinator, I was challenged and motivated and played a crucial role as a team builder. In fact, all the planning and execution of the school calendar events were handled with marked efficiency and support
