The Management is well mannered and treats teachers with respect. The ambience and infrastructure is very impressive.

Our dear principal and coordinators always encourages to have work-life balance. They have given us lots of opportunities in terms of career growth too.

Gopalan International School provides a great infrastructure and a learning environment combined with well-qualified, experienced and loyal faculty. It has a strong foothold with the ICSE curriculum and has successfully initiated the ISC. GIS sends its faculty for ICSE training and the salary is on par with other ICSE schools. Dislikes

The remuneration does not meet the workload assigned and the work ethics are not respected. Hence, there has been an escalation in attrition amongst the faculty of the senior section. Decision making lacks transparency. Official travel is not compensated fairly and internal politics cast a shadow on the work environment.

Work Details

While working with the senior section as the Coordinator, I was challenged and motivated and played a crucial role as a team builder. In fact, all the planning and execution of the school calendar events were handled with marked efficiency and support
