1). No balance between personal and professional life as you have to work strictly 12 hrs. Everyday 2). Your salary will be based on how many hours you have worked in the month. 3). No Job safety - Director can throw you out anytime 4). They will make good talks in your interview but will not support you while you actually work in the company 5). There are plenty of employees who are relatives of the Director and will not spread fake about you behind your back, KAAM SE ZYADA CHAMFHAGIRI .....BHOT HAI... 6).
