I am a fresher here and want to clarify it first its without any degree of graphic designing of any kind, So' they hire employee for full time by preferencing their skills are one point I like about it and I am currently 18 so' the salary they offers first was a dream come true for me...

I didn't went to office much there, but I dislike the pressure of work load they give on a team and timeline shortage is a terrible thing in Google..

Has anyone got hired by Google externally?

I'm from a tier-2 city and unfortunately, my college didn't offer many placement opportunities. I've been trying my luck with different avenues, like applying for an apprenticeship. I got an assessment email, but it's been radio silence since then. I know the process can take time, but the waiting game is getting to me. Does anyone have any insights into Google's interview process or the apprenticeship program? Any tips would be greatly appreciated! Also, I've applied for the Google APM program. It's super competitive, but I'm keeping my fingers crossed. I'll keep you all posted on my progress

Good work environment and Culture. Teammates are supportive and the Management is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

Dislikes

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow. There is a bond of 2 years before which you cannot resign.On the job training is not given to new joiners.

Work Details

The job is quite interesting! I Struggled a bit in the beginning as there was no formal training session. I learnt everything on the job. I got a chance to wear multiple hats and that helped me get a taste of different role within the same team.
