The nature of work is amazing, dealing with customers across the globe, and the tools are smooth and cloud based

Dislikes

The team leaders are pathetic. The higher management has no clue about what goes around in the lower management and associates are asked to work on cases which takes 12-14 hours to complete without getting any overtime for the extra hours work. Because, according to them, we didn't work hard enough. I'll never forget how they fired me from the company overnight without allowing me to serve notice period. Job security is NIL....Read More

Skills 1) Environmental compliance(REACH,ROHS,..) 2)Basic networking OS,Linux basic, Aws cloud 3) SAP MM (in progress) 4) Project Management (self preparation from PMBOk) I’m confused between sap mm consultant and project management I’m getting difficult to choose,Which would be great choice according to my background and high pay, stable job Can anybody recommend which domain /role is good for career transition!
