Nothing, they fired me. Your designation level colleagues are the only ones who will understand the workload dumped on you. Colleagues who became friends at work are the only reason you might find it easy to work. Only few supervisor who know the workload will understand you but others will bring you down to depression.

Dislikes

Google fired me this year due to recession reasons. They hired me in Feb 2022 and fired me in Feb 2023 due to "layoffs", they sent the relieving letter in the month of June(wasted 3 months keeping us under the ray of hope). I had worked with Google since 2014 and 9 & half years i slogged for 14-16 hours daily to achieve targets for these vendor's companies and no proper compensation was provided. When they hired me in 2022 they didn't even conduct an interview and gave the reason not enough staff. We got hired like a livestock and got layed off. They hired supervisor's from other vendor companies which made it easy for corporate politics to thrive. And people who were hardworking like me got the biggest backstab. Internal politics from supervisor made it impossible to scale up my career and big time demotivated me.
