In this, for sure I want to let you know one thing! During the layoff time, they terminated disabled (PWD) candidates. I am completely against this for the PWD candidate's termination. In the job market, special recruits NGOs call for a job interview with preferred freshers only, we are three lose our job no no! Hope to survive. Oneof my friends is engaged because of a job and after two days of engagement he loses his job he hide that point and get married now he facing issues to get a job. I have three kids on of the kids pneumonia GOC health policies help a lot. My first job is Genpact I get 30k insensitive in one month out of salary and I got so many times ME, ME+ rating in Genpact, I do my job with zero errors in GOC but I did not get fare ratings with my manager I asked fro that to my manager I am not satisfied with this rating he says go had with HR. Actually sir decided we are unfit for the job because we are PWDs. With tears! I Los my google job!...Read More
