I love the cafeteria of the company.Good group of People & culture of workmen group is also ambient.Work life balance. Safe & secure work culture for Female employees. Prefer in future as well.

Compensation is decent, but growth is too slow. The work is very high sometimes i have to work 10-12 hours straight in a day i have to attend all maintenance work in plant

My work is slightly challenging as i have to look all preventive maintenance work throughout the plant. Pitching for my company as a engineer gets tiring and task is slightly challenging.bm but I stay on my toes by doing competitive benchmark studies ....

The company is Multi national and deliver product to allover the world. Plant in which i do work have adopted new automated machines which gives high accuracy and satisfactory results. As, I am working in development department, it made me connected to designers in R & D center in Ohio and Globally. My colleagues are from different states and few are of project leaders are from different countries which made me good culture learning. As the time difference between country to country. Sometimes, We all have to wait extra hours to clear our doubt on projects, product shipment etc.

As I am management trainee now. My work is to get align with all activities in my department. We have design of tires and same we have to make it in practically by preparing all compound, dimensions as per spec and build tires and analyse the sections.

No skill development juniors are treated like dustbins by some employees no recognition for work they dont take employees onroll after putting huge efforts also majority of the pbc trainees left due to this.

The worst organisation ever, worst management, no hr policy,no job satisfaction,no work culture,no work life balance, nothing. No one is here to listen. HR are like puppet in this company. World third class management and work culture. Anyone who wants to join think twice before joining.

Work life balance is degrading, but is good comparable to other organizations which i have seen in same tyre trade.

Appraisals and promotions are planned but are executed after years. No learning and development initiatives planned by HR. Policies (like incentive, Leaves, Appraisals) are made when half of the year is gone. HR works like a true "lala" here, they aren't bothered about employees and their development. HR interaction with field employees is nil. Organization isn't bothered for succession planning, they take people from outside.
