I have done our internship in good evening news paper there are good atmosphere of working no stress Joshi sir is the I con of political journalist in Indore they are working there Munish Sharma sir he is sub editor of these news paper he is intellectual personality and always create a friendly atmosphere. Thank-you

Good evening news paper are good growing news paper it's a good platform to make career. I am not a terminate of ther but situation are I remove that place for family problem.

I got an offer from both the companies, manager role. Flipkart’s offer: fixed (x) + variable pay + stock Deloitte’s offer: fixed (x+1) + variable + 1.5L joining bonus Variable pay % is the same. Flipkart is offering a sizeable huge chunk in stock. What should I consider apart from compensation? Annual hikes, WLB, work culture, etc? (Note that It’s a non IT role)
