You can learn a lot from this company in 3 months of time.

Skill development - Good

Dislikes

No job security. They can kick you out anytime as per the company convenience by give silly responses. Incrementation is not guaranteed. Always had to work extra hours daily with no OT pay. Compulsory Working on 3/4th weekends everymonth. No paid leaves. Huge salary deductions. Internal management play politics as they want. Toxic work culture at Gomo DBS.

Notice period, early join

My current company notice period is two months 23-Dec-2024 to 20-feb-2024. But my new employer asking for early join ie 3rd of feb! I requested for early relieve to My current employer. Verbally they agreed to relieve two weeks early but now they not ready to relieve early. They want me to complete two months notice period. My new employer asking to join early! What can I do?
