MarkAge360 has given me many opportunities to acquire new skills. I have learnt more in the past three months with the Company than in the past 1.7 years. I have complete autonomy as to how I wish to strategize my work. The Director encourages all the employees to use the latest tools and technologies in their respective fields. He is open to any feedback that can help the Company and the team and is very empathetic towards his team. He believes in quality over quantity. We have been given complete freedom to learn new skills using the time and resources of the Organization if that helps us and the Company to grow. It is unmatched. I have not seen this culture in any company I have worked with. We get other benefits like Work From Home flexibility, Paid Time Off, Sick Leave and "Free Snacks". We also hold regular "Pizza Parties", "Taco Parties" and " Team Outings" as an acknowledgement of the efforts that the team puts in. Hope for a long-term association....Read More

A dynamic and inspiring workplace. An an employee at MArkAge360, I can definitely say that it is an exceptional company to work for. From the moment i joined the team, I have been continuously inspired by the dynamic environment and the incredible opportunities for professional growth and development. It's a chilled out space. Boss let's you do your thing, no panic scenes.

I’ve been interning here since April and I’ve learnt a tremendous lot from everyone in the company. Our CEO is always ready to help us learn and grow in any aspect of life and not only work. People in the company are very hardworking yet chill which makes the office a really fun place to come to everyday! Another thing I love is the pantry these guys have. There’s everything to eat!!!!
