There Manpower shortage is major issue so the workload and pressure is higher then compare to other departments. Multiple time we address the issue to management no use for that salary is not suitable for your career growth for beginners is good place to learning. On the job training is not given for new joiness.

Shift time is not sufficient for the work so over time is must to work then oly possible to close the issues day by day.Over time they didn't provide the allowance.For Job Satisfaction based for Person wish do the Overtime.
