I resigned my job due to severe health conditions. That time I was not asked to serve notice period and accept my resignation . I took follow-up for my pending salary. HR replies that the approval is pending. After one month, they told that your salary will not released as you not serve notice period. They restrict you to go home after logout because others sit for extra hours and show how dedicated their are, they will lock the main gate if there’s any function and you don’t want to attain, HR Head is the worst that tries to poking in personal life and give a title on someone’s character, everyone are fake and not even working properly they the employees only tries to show dedication by sitting for long hours....Read More

I am working in mktg department so I need to talk with customers , techincal discussion, site visit , order finalization , work order preparation , cordination with factory HODs , cordination with installation team after Dispatch etc.
