company is good no doubt , Environment also good, Company owner is very good in nature and also in knowledge and down to earth

Dislikes

There are so many things to learn and new developments always takes place in this company . Bad thing is that the life balancing is not good due to excess load and be active for 24 X 7 hours .

Hi Everyone. I recently joined a company to grow, but the work environment is toxic. The manager is rude, doesn’t guide, and gets angry when I ask questions. They rely on Excel for tasks instead of proper tools like Jira, and tasks lack clear details. Many seniors have quit, and the team is disorganized.
