Terrible. Worst. There was no timing. No holiday. No Sunday. 24X7job. Normally work starts after 7 pm till morning 4:00 am. Whole night you have to stay. Again you have to come 10:00 am next day. If u work after 7 pm then u r accepted else u r value less. Worst work culture. Accounts are totally mess up. You have to travell frequently at meghalaya, middle of the hills. No network coverage. Working in goldstone makes me a very motivated as well as very challenging since the market is very new to my state. As I have completed a year in the company there is not much doubt for the present but no one foresee the futures .work culture is good no such pressure comes to us as of now ..yes pressure is everywhere in any place ,work we have to cop with the culture in a smart and honest way.

First one is the pricing structure that had place earlier ,if it hadn't done , our brand would have been a lead in the market . we have no doubt in quality with our brand . POP items quantities for dealers and sub dealers are not satisfy
