Rough and rude management, Promoters are sleeping. No interest to run the company. Nothing positive.

Dislikes

Horrible work culture. No senior management has experience of any good professional company. Very bad politics. Juniors are given more weightage by top seniors due to less work knowledge of work. Top senior management is busy in making personal money only. Engage few selected staffs in work from whom they can earn extra money.

New Job Anxiety?

Hey all I recently got an offer from a company as it offered me a 60-70 % hike over my current company which was about to secure a job. I am having 3 years of experience in SAP BW domain and mostly and in this I have worked for 1.6 years in BW support and that too in night shifts where there is not much work. I started preparing interviews and cleared them and now got an offer and I put my notice and my last working day was next week. Now coming to the main part even though I'm good about most part having less real time experience and exposure is freaking me out and what will be the new company expectations and I decided to work hard to learn all the details it's just the hands on I'm not sure. With in mean time I'll be preparing in that company I mean once I join should I need to tell my lead or manager that this is at where am I and should I just bluff them as i know everything. Any suggestions please...the joining date is around the corner which gives me more anxiety

Very good work culture they promote in corporate till now … Specifically for Purchase department, there is a hell lot of scope to learn new things in SAP, Negotiation and Technical specification and requirement of material based on Operation. Support from Management is also top notch. The Best part of this organization is HR team in Guwahati… In terms of anything they are there to help someone…

Accomodation issue… The main problem of Guwahati is accomodation..company is pretty much ignorent regarding this matter… They provide accmodation only for the Meghalaya cement plant employees… for Guwahati Corporate office they have no policies of accomodation.
