Social environment and company work environment both are very bad. Job karne se jada Job bachane me hi month kat jata hai. 1 din me 4-5 baar aapko dusri job dekh lo upper Management ka massage milega. banda kam kare ya job search kare. no any Sunday and no fix time daily 10-12 hr working time.

Very good work culture they promote in corporate till now … Specifically for Purchase department, there is a hell lot of scope to learn new things in SAP, Negotiation and Technical specification and requirement of material based on Operation. Support from Management is also top notch. The Best part of this organization is HR team in Guwahati… In terms of anything they are there to help someone…
