The management/board is fair in recognising the efforts and skills you put in and you will also get them opportunity to grow them. The roles & responsibilities offered provide learning opportunities as well as deeper understanding about the concepts.

The atmosphere may leave you at stressed out at times but you will never be boring.

The profile is quite interesting. I have gone through a complete process of formal training. I got a chance to wear multiple hats and that really helped me to get a taste of different roles within the same team.
