I feel the best contentment while giving the training to the students/clients. Job security was fair enough but the management was little bit ingoring us. Company policy was outstanding & striving remarkably to give it's best to the clients in all the segments.

Dislikes

Everything was fine but some of the clients were not obedient to give directions freely..

Personally speaking now where I m working this place is not for me.bcz management is very poor mentality. They allways chng there dicision without any information or meeting.thats why I feel this place not for my carrier growth.other wise golds gym brand allways my favourite. Nd i want to do job in this company bt other city Other place. Thanks.

The only thing I liked about the company are my colleagues and the heritage left by the original Gold's gym.

Lack of quality of service and no job security. Employees are not treated well. Salary and commission not in time.
