Work environment and culture is good. Team member are very supportive and the management is transparent. Company policies are good, and they give good salary and bonus every year.

Overall this organization is good but career growth is slow on my opinion.

The job is quite interesting. I struggled a bit in the beginning as there was no formal training session. I learnt everything on the job. I got a chance to wear multiple and that helped me get a taste of different rules within the same team

Policy is very good but higher management at unit level play with quality and give Face value is important more than quality base value ? Bengali culture more adptable by mean any how ! One deviation for alprazolam and omigel sample reconcilation not match , which impacte to take my decision to leave the company ! OOT investigation not initiated in most of cases. Data hiding culture is in place ! So that I had left ! Data integrity issue not reported and it is depend on reasonal value like Bengali and local become safe and other in risk zone ! Quality impacting integrity issue not highlighted is observed during investigation but they make all investigation at their thought in place of actual cause !
