Disappointing Interview Experience with D.E. Shaw

I recently interviewed with D.E. Shaw, and it turned out to be one of the most draining experiences I’ve had. The interviewer’s approach felt unnecessarily harsh and dismissive, which made the entire process uncomfortable. At multiple points, the interviewer asked me to drop off the call, even when I tried asking basic questions about the designation, job description, and other details. After the interview, I found myself sitting there for a few minutes, trying to process what just happened. It left me questioning the overall tone and professionalism of the interview. Definitely not the experience I was expecting from such a well-known firm.

Company is very large and everybody think do work in this company.

In this company every top seat have tyagi comunity which education just like ok not have a good skin work for that position, and if anyone try to help her solve that problem, that hurt her and he cut 1 to2 days selery of month selery. Company is good but some people are like illiterate maximum position and always tall everybody owner is my relative. Nonsense type thinking. And I think 1 to 2 crore copper wire and other material are hide in soil back side of WCT ....Read More

I m working in kala amb plant and the situation is pathetic here. They even don't know how to behave with colleagues and staff or employees. Roorkee and kanagala plant is totally different from kala amb unit.

Work culture. Flattery . Blame anybody even ...if u r not responsible for that. Proper job timing not defined.
