1) HR team doesn't stick onto HR policies rather they move on their own mindset... 2) Designation specification and salary Hikings doesn't implies properly where employee with more experience, capability will be payed less compared to employee with very less experience.. 3) Regional prominance needs to be followed properly which is affecting employees where employees with Regional background is keeping far and other Regions candidates are appointed more.. 4) Please do take employees irrespective of Region / Language. consider talent , work experience and skills of candidates.. <mark style="background-color: #fff5e4;"> 5) officially office timings will be 9:30 to 6 but many a times employees are made to work till latenights and even girls / ladies are made to work till late night and doesn't even provide cab facilities to them</mark>.....Read More

I had very hard time during my work tenure, in one word per say very terrible, no recognition for education, performance, no hike in salary at all, not only during pandemic situation prior to covid also no hike, no appraisal, people those who know to impress others apart from working can only survive in GEX. And people like , forthose whom all job is inevitable, not much educated people & little aged people those who don't have opportunity to change over are only working there. Worst company i have seen in my career, too much of politics, lower positioned people has got too much of hike, whereas people working since many years are least considered, if we go and to talk to management in person also, they will bluff nicely in such a way that some good will definitely happen but instead not good worst than bad will happen, like more torture in work, irrelevant works will get alloted. Please note, all the below points are of 10yrs old work culture that I saw. Not sure if this has changed over the course of time. I joined long back as Kaizen Promotion Officer while the office used to be in mission raod. Overall impression based on the working for about 1.5 years, is very average. There were few +ve and few -ves as below 1) Very good learning process. The company hired a consulting company for Lean implementation and all of us got trained in a detailed and meticulous way. 2) Freedom at work. On a rotation basis, we were assigned various plants to implement Lean and to improve productivity. The best part was the complete freedom at work. People were allowed/ encouraged to take their decisions and creativity while implementing the process. 3) In factories, work timings were fixed and mostly by 06:00 PM, work used to get closed. So NO extended working hours. 4) This role was of plant operations and hence, once you leave the factory, no one will ping/call you....Read More

There are a couple of areas in which the company needs to focus 1) Employment bond of 3 years was imposed on us. Unfortunately, this was not told while they recruited us. Only once we joined, it was revealed. 2) We got very good training in Lean manufacturing and consulting company certified us. However, that certificate hard/soft copy was never given to us, and was told that it's company property. 3) There was no defined career path. No one knew what will they be doing after 2-3 or 5 years after working as KPO. 4) None of the factories had a lunch facility. The situation becomes even worse in case the factory is in remote area and in nearby, nothing is available. For unmarried/ bachelors this was a nightmare. On an exception basis, if the training is conducted, lunch was organized. 5) No travel facility from the company. So if any of the factories is in a remote area, it is very difficult to reach there using public transport. 6) Strict work timings. If get late for more than 15 mins for 3 times a month, next time onwards half day of salary will get deducted. 7) No appraisal process (at least for the team I was working with) 8) The worst part, was we were given rejected H&M t-shirts which to be worn as the uniform on daily basis. The quality/ fit/ finish of those T-Shirts was horrible. 9) Employee benefits or policies were nonexistent.
