Very conservative, stingy, never ready to accept changes or new ideas to conduct events, no benefits, no scope for growth.

Work Details

It was a one-man show as a programme coordinator. Very strong hierarchy because of which the restrictions were strong and high. They were hesitant to fund events and they had less respect for artists, especially from our own country.

Current Job Situation: I’ve been working at TCS for over 2.5 years, with a total experience of 4.5 years. My salary is 9.6 LPA, and I work with technologies like Casper framework, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, JSP, Java, PL/SQL, and JBoss.
