I joined as fresher in Godrej and there was lots things to learn and finally it's been 3 years in Godrej. You will develop your personality in Godrej growth for old employees is low but if you are joining from another company you will get good package

Existing employees slow growth Third party payroll system (you will get stuck in third party payroll and to get on roll will be challenging because Godrej will hire employees from outside but will not give a chance to be Godrej payroll employee Cluster head of CC is bit rude and mean disrespect
