Likes

Worst company culture. Negatively all around whether it's office or at site. Majority of the employees are not happy with the culture. Still they are sticking around just because they are waiting for the better opportunity. Never will suggest them to join it.

- company culture - Negative work environment - Business culture. Top management just concerns about profits and not about the employee wellbeing

I recently joined a new company, and within 10 days, I received a more attractive offer from another company. Can I resign without serving the notice period? Would declining any salary and relieving letter (Experience Letter) it easier for the company to agree to my departure?
