The company is ethically strong and doesn't do anything wrong. The company has really good policy towards the employees but if you have a wrong reporting manager it's a lot more difficult.

Dislikes

The work culture of the design team in the southern region is terrible. The Design head makes all the wrong decisions and blames the team for them, without providing any support. Her ego and mismanagement make it impossible to work in an organized manner, with no concept of weekends or family time. The company policy of assigning one architect to one project is disregarded, and the Design head insists on squeezing more than two architects into a project due to her stubborn attitude. The management is indifferent to this situation and the team suffers under her leadership. The workload is overwhelming, with last-minute PPTs to be made, even by senior architects who are treated like draftspeople. Design head commits to unrealistic deadlines without consulting the team, leading to accusations of not delivering. Additionally, there is no proper reimbursement for travel, and the approval process tiresome.
