No job security. If someone wants to leave the company , proprietor always want how to give alligation on him without any reason. No career growth

Dislikes

Proprietor's nature is that a good employee also becomes a bad even the employee have good track record. Proprietor is never think for good employees. Now a days proprietor is thinking about the employees.
