Company has good bramd name. Job security is good as long as we work just fine and achieve the targets. If not you make sure your boss knows your hardwork and still you will have your value. You will have job pressure, but not unnecessary stress (unless you lut something over your head). Worl-life balance is something you should learn on your own. Everything is manageable.

Dislikes

Brand comes with a bit of a price and compared to competitors, GI falls at a pricey range with same quality as the competitors. Process oriented and tends to be slow in a lot of ways. Also it is a 6 day job and you wont have the feel of a weekend. But you have all the freedom to take the day off when needed.

Work Details

Work life balance is something one should find on his own at Godrej Interio. We have enough space to find the balance. But regular concentrated work can help with the balance. I havent faced a lot of compulsions.
