The work culture is good however limited growth opportunities

Dislikes

They do not provide a desk to employees on contract basis however while joining they say that there's no difference between a full-time employee & a contract employee but in reality there's a lot of difference. They just want employees to join on contract basis so they can save cost.

No work life balance at all.

Work days: Monday to Friday (Flexible Timings)

Work related travel: This is a desk job.

Avoid procrastination by staying focused on goals and prioritizing tasks. 4. Focus on personal growth, rather than comparing yourself to others. 5. Set clear boundaries and prioritize tasks to maintain productivity. 6. Maintain a polite and friendly demeanor, even in virtual interactions. 7. Use video conferencing tools to stay connected with colleagues. 8. Prioritize integrity by delivering high-quality work. 9. Take ownership of your career by setting goals and seeking feedback. 10. Establish clear expectations with colleagues and managers. 11. Celebrate achievements and recognize progress to stay motivated. By applying these lessons, I've been able to thrive in a remote work environment.
