Godrej Industries Ltd is very good brand company . But some management people company reputation become bad and trust also being in bad process. Only high post employees taking huge bonus but to junior officer not getting there bonus. Cheap level politics in godrej industries ambrnath factory.

Dislikes

There is cheaper level boss who has not any good experience before joining godrej. All senior level employees hiring from only vashilebaji.

Current Job Situation: I’ve been working at TCS for over 2.5 years, with a total experience of 4.5 years. My salary is 9.6 LPA, and I work with technologies like Casper framework, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, JSP, Java, PL/SQL, and JBoss. While I have good job security and flexibility, I feel like I’m working with outdated technologies and have a lot of leisure time, which is affecting my motivation. Concerns: 1.
