Can avail 2 flexi leaves provided you complete 16 extra hours per month. I.e extra 30-45mins daily working will benefit with flexi leaves. But strictly 1 flexi leave you can avail within 15 days and other in 16 to month end day. - Work life balance is excellent and working style as per manufacturing companies. - We can avail Company Quarters 1rk to bungalow as per your eligibility. - Stringent timings (8:45 to max 9:15 am) for general shift. Beyond 9:15 you will be marked 1/2 day present. - Salary perks as per manufacturing industries. Salary is less as compared to other real estate organisations. However this is good untill your package in 22 L CTC. Beyond that you better switch the company incase if salary is your priority. - Some GETs are assigned in Maintainance as per the requirement. Which will affect their growth. - Submission of PDM quarterly is boring and makes no sense. Once in 06 months is understood as it will gather more information against the comitted KRAs and Goals. - Not aggressive in initiating new projects.
