My Department and Head were amazing people and I would love to work with them again. The locality is good and facilities are good too. Lot of things to learn here. People are kind, except a few people. Company gives salary on time and there are no shady practices here.

Kaizen system. This system single handedly is wrecking the quality of products made by Godrej in all sectors. Even the original makers of the Kaizen system advise the users to err on the side of caution as overuse can reduce quality to favour productivity and lower cost.
