I was working at Godrej & Boyce Mfg. Co. Ltd on third party payroll so there was one invisible line between contract staff and employees who are on Godrej payroll. Even though my team was so encouraging and trying to involve contractors in many things/cultural activities, sometimes management was trying to stop them by their rules and regulations.
