I have been working with 4.8 year from godrej but still no promotion and increment in a year only 1000 to 1400 rs only and still I have no permanent I'm on 3rd party payroll. Because of no life.

When a contractual employee join the organisation they said you have to work few yea in contaract roll after you get experience you will hired for on-roll job. They are doing fake promises still few employees working there for 8-10 year. And still they are hoping on day they will get on-roll job.
