I have worked here for 5 yrs in corporate planning team the learning was tremendous. Team is great and supportive, the functional heads are very helpful to people across all functions. No petty politics. I had to leave due to location constraints of my family or else i would never leave such a great organisation. The MD is very driven and forward looking, the top management team is very ethical at the same time. They gave me all options to retain me unfortunately our constraints couldn’t be resolved but still they treated me very well till the last day and the MD personally calling up to wish good for future was something I didn’t even expect.
