Salaries are credited on time.

Dislikes

There is no job security. I was in notice period but without any prior intimation they terminated me for the reason I have resigned. No recognition for work. Low salaries.

Being WFH, the culture of the company is good. All the employees are friendly and helpful.

Dislikes

No skill development, and new learning. Salary is not up to the mark. Appraisal (Increment of Rs 2000/-) happens in once in a year. No job security.

Skills 1) Environmental compliance(REACH,ROHS,..) 2)Basic networking OS,Linux basic, Aws cloud 3) SAP MM (in progress) 4) Project Management (self preparation from PMBOk) I’m confused between sap mm consultant and project management I’m getting difficult to choose,Which would be great choice according to my background and high pay, stable job Can anybody recommend which domain /role is good for career transition! I’m looking for career shift Help will be appreciated. Current role Project engineer handling projects related to environmental compliance. FYI
