Being WFH, the culture of the company is good. All the employees are friendly and helpful.

No skill development, and new learning. Salary is not up to the mark. Appraisal (Increment of Rs 2000/-) happens in once in a year. No job security.

There is not much of work pressure and the senior authority's are very cooperative.

The remuneration structure could have been better compared to the work. The salary is way too low as compared to the work

TL is super cooperative and understanding. That's why work life balance is good but not excellent. Work pressure is balanced. Skill development and learning process is excellent.
